Guests and Larger Groups
For a bigger wedding party, both of our SUVs together carry up to 12. For groups who prefer to travel together, we can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability. You plan everything with us, and every vehicle is confirmed with your reservation.

Common Questions
Is there a minimum for hourly service?
Hourly service has a 3-hour minimum. Some weddings and special events need 4 hours. Our 2-hour date night package is the exception.
Do you require a deposit?
It depends on the reservation. For standard rides, reservations under $300 are paid in full at booking, and reservations of $300 or more need a 50% deposit, with the balance due 7 days before service. Weddings, concerts, proms, homecoming and other special-event packages need a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 45 days before service. Can you handle a larger group?
Yes. Our two vehicles together carry up to 12 passengers. For groups who prefer to travel together, NEO Elite Transportation can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability. Our team coordinates the transportation arrangements and provides a personalized quote based on your group's needs.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
Alcohol consumption may be permitted only for approved, prearranged special-event transportation, where legally allowed and expressly authorized by NEO Elite Transportation in advance. Any passenger consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Prom and homecoming rides have a strict zero-tolerance policy.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is optional on standard airport, corporate and point-to-point rides. Some wedding, limousine and group packages include a gratuity, and your quote will say so.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weddings, proms, holidays and big concert or game nights. Last-minute requests are welcome, but they depend on availability.
