Most prom and homecoming nights follow the same path: pickups at home, a photo stop, dinner, the dance and home again. Share the plan, the addresses and the times, and we will quote the whole night.

We suggest a parent or guardian sends the request and includes their own cell number, so we can go over the plan and confirm the details with you directly.
Rules for the Ride
- NEO Elite Transportation maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances during all prom and homecoming transportation. These items and activities are prohibited in our vehicles, regardless of passenger age.
- Riders are expected to treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Our rider conduct policy applies to every ride.
- Groups of up to 12 can ride in both of our SUVs, and we can arrange a larger vehicle for bigger groups, subject to availability.

Is alcohol allowed on prom and homecoming rides?
No. NEO Elite Transportation maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances during all prom and homecoming transportation. These items and activities are prohibited in our vehicles, regardless of passenger age.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weddings, proms, holidays and big concert or game nights. Last-minute requests are welcome, but they depend on availability.
Can you handle a larger group?
Yes. Our two vehicles together carry up to 12 passengers. For groups who prefer to travel together, NEO Elite Transportation can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability. Our team coordinates the transportation arrangements and provides a personalized quote based on your group's needs.
Do you require a deposit?
It depends on the reservation. For standard rides, reservations under $300 are paid in full at booking, and reservations of $300 or more need a 50% deposit, with the balance due 7 days before service. Weddings, concerts, proms, homecoming and other special-event packages need a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 45 days before service. Is my ride confirmed when I send a request?
Not yet. Every request, whether it comes from the website, a call or a text, is reviewed personally. Your ride is confirmed once we confirm the price, pickup time and trip details with you, and any required payment is received.
