• Information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, number of passengers, luggage, flight details, car seat needs, your preferred chauffeur, how you heard about us, and any notes or special requests.
• Calls and texts. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. Calls answered by our automated assistant may be recorded and transcribed, and the assistant says so at the start of the call.
• Basic technical and usage information. Our website platform automatically collects information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to run and secure the site and measure how it is used. When you send a ride request, we also record the page you first arrived on and the website that referred you, so we understand how people find us.

• To respond to ride requests and quotes, schedule and confirm rides, and communicate with you about your trip.
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see Text messaging below).
• To provide customer service, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
• To improve our service.

We may use automated tools, including AI, to answer some calls and texts and to collect ride details. NEO Elite reviews every ride request and confirms the price and pickup details with you before your ride. If you would rather talk with a person, say so and we will follow up with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, scheduling, phone and text messaging, email, and AI and automation tools, so they can provide those services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety of our passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
• As part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

None of the sharing described above includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or let ad networks track visitors on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep information as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

• Contact us to review, correct or delete the information we have about you. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
