Terms of Service & SMS Terms

• A request made through our website, phone line or text line is not a confirmed booking. Your ride is confirmed only after NEO Elite confirms the price, pickup time and trip details with you, and any required payment is received.
• Prices are quoted for each trip and confirmed before your ride.

• Deposit and payment terms depend on the type of reservation. Standard rides and special-event packages (weddings, concerts, proms, homecoming and other exclusive reserved-time packages) each have their own terms.

Payments, cancellations, refunds and credits follow our Reservation & Cancellation Policy.

• Your reservation includes the agreed-upon service period.
• Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the applicable hourly rate.
• Changes and cancellations are final only when NEO Elite confirms them.

Some calls and texts to NEO Elite may be answered by an automated assistant that collects ride details and checks availability. Those calls may be recorded. The assistant cannot confirm a ride, quote a price or approve a change, and it can make mistakes, so NEO Elite confirms your ride details with you before service.

• Program: NEO Elite Transportation ride texts.
• What you will receive: replies to your ride requests and questions, booking confirmations and updates, and follow-ups about rides you asked about.
• How you join: by texting our number, or by checking the optional text consent box on our ride request form.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 419-564-2011 or info@neoelitetransportation.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
