What if my event runs late?
Your reservation includes the agreed-upon service period. Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the applicable hourly rate, so if your event might run long, mention it in your request.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
Alcohol consumption may be permitted only for approved, prearranged special-event transportation, where legally allowed and expressly authorized by NEO Elite Transportation in advance. Any passenger consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Prom and homecoming rides have a strict zero-tolerance policy.
Can you handle a larger group?
Yes. Our two vehicles together carry up to 12 passengers. For groups who prefer to travel together, NEO Elite Transportation can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability. Our team coordinates the transportation arrangements and provides a personalized quote based on your group's needs.
Are tolls and parking included?
Standard tolls are generally included in your quote. VIP parking and larger event parking charges may be added unless your package includes them.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weddings, proms, holidays and big concert or game nights. Last-minute requests are welcome, but they depend on availability.
