Blossom hosts some of Northeast Ohio's biggest summer shows, and thousands of cars try to leave at once. We plan the pickup with you ahead of time, so you know exactly where to meet your chauffeur.

Rocket Arena, Jacobs Pavilion, stadium shows at Huntington Bank Field or a night at the Music Box: we drop you at the door and agree on a pickup point that's easy to reach once the crowd spills out.

Each of our SUVs seats up to six, and both together carry up to 12. For bigger groups, we can arrange a larger vehicle, subject to availability.

What if my event runs late?
Your reservation includes the agreed-upon service period. Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the applicable hourly rate, so if your event might run long, mention it in your request.
Is alcohol allowed in the vehicle?
Alcohol consumption may be permitted only for approved, prearranged special-event transportation, where legally allowed and expressly authorized by NEO Elite Transportation in advance. Any passenger consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years of age. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Prom and homecoming rides have a strict zero-tolerance policy.
Are tolls and parking included?
Standard tolls are generally included in your quote. VIP parking and larger event parking charges may be added unless your package includes them.
Can you handle a larger group?
Yes. Our two vehicles together carry up to 12 passengers. For groups who prefer to travel together, NEO Elite Transportation can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability. Our team coordinates the transportation arrangements and provides a personalized quote based on your group's needs.
Is my ride confirmed when I send a request?
Not yet. Every request, whether it comes from the website, a call or a text, is reviewed personally. Your ride is confirmed once we confirm the price, pickup time and trip details with you, and any required payment is received.
