Eddie founded NEO Elite Transportation after more than 20 years in retail management and 15 years as a teacher. He oversees every request and every price, and spends most of his driving hours in Cleveland, from Cleveland Hopkins to downtown and the Flats.
Professional Chauffeur
In addition to serving as a professional chauffeur for NEO Elite Transportation, Brandi has been a college math instructor for 17 years and a worship leader for 16 years. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and children and cheering on her favorite Cleveland sports teams!
Brandi handles most of our rides around Canton and North Canton, along with some trips around Akron.

Long before NEO Elite Transportation, my career centered around service, leadership and connecting with people. I spent more than 20 years in retail management, including serving as a district manager, followed by 15 years as a teacher.
On weekends and during special events, I began providing private transportation as a side business. What started as a second job quickly became something I genuinely loved.
I enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, learning where they came from, and sharing the best of Northeast Ohio, from restaurants and local attractions to the little places visitors might never find on their own.
Eventually, clients began asking for my card. They didn’t just want another ride. They wanted to ride with me. That was the beginning of NEO Elite Transportation.
Outside of work, I’m a Christian, a husband, a father, the owner of two Goldendoodles, and a Cleveland sports fan.

With more than 9,000 rides completed and more than 50 private clients served, I’ve learned that exceptional service isn’t about doing one big thing. It’s about getting the little things right, every time.
I take tremendous pride in the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, the amenities provided to my clients, and the technology I use to make each journey comfortable and seamless. I also believe that punctuality isn’t a feature. It’s a promise.
I monitor flights, anticipate changes, communicate when necessary and make adjustments when circumstances call for it. Because when you book NEO Elite, you shouldn’t have to wonder whether everything will be taken care of. It should simply be taken care of.
NEO Elite Transportation LLC provides prearranged private chauffeur services with properly licensed chauffeurs, commercially insured vehicles, and applicable livery licensing.
