Give us your airline and flight number and we'll follow your flight until it lands. If it's early or delayed, your pickup moves with it.
Your complimentary wait starts when the flight actually lands: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals, time to get off the plane, collect bags and clear customs. After that, waiting time is $15 per 15 minutes.
Before you travel, we'll confirm exactly where to meet so the handoff is easy after a long day.
Flying Out: On Time, With Room to Spare
For departures, the pickup time is planned around your scheduled departure, the airport and the time of day.
Include your airline, flight number, and departure time with your request. Our team will coordinate your pickup time and confirm the details with your quote.
Beyond CLE and CAK
Sometimes the better flight leaves from a bigger hub. We drive clients to Detroit Metropolitan (DTW), Pittsburgh International (PIT) and John Glenn Columbus International (CMH) by request, with a custom quote for each trip.
Luggage, Car Seats and Groups
Tell us how many passengers, checked bags and carry-ons you have, plus anything oversized like golf clubs, skis or a stroller, and we'll make sure the vehicle fits.
Car seats and booster seats aren't provided, so please bring one for each child who needs it. Traveling with a bigger group? Both of our SUVs together carry up to 12, and we can arrange a larger vehicle, subject to availability.

Do you track my flight?
Yes. For every airport pickup we track your flight and adjust for delays. That's why the request form asks for your airline and flight number.
How long will you wait at the airport?
Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes after actual landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After that, waiting time is $15 per 15 minutes.

Are tolls and parking included?
Standard tolls are generally included in your quote. VIP parking and larger event parking charges may be added unless your package includes them.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is optional on standard airport, corporate and point-to-point rides. Some wedding, limousine and group packages include a gratuity, and your quote will say so.
Is my ride confirmed when I send a request?
Not yet. Every request, whether it comes from the website, a call or a text, is reviewed personally. Your ride is confirmed once we confirm the price, pickup time and trip details with you, and any required payment is received.
