Is my ride confirmed when I send a request?
Not yet. Every request, whether it comes from the website, a call or a text, is reviewed personally. Your ride is confirmed once we confirm the price, pickup time and trip details with you, and any required payment is received.
When can I request a ride?
Reservation requests are accepted 24/7. NEO Elite Transportation provides prearranged private transportation by reservation only, subject to availability. We do not offer on-demand transportation services.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. For every airport pickup we track your flight and adjust for delays. That's why the request form asks for your airline and flight number.
How much does a ride cost?
Every trip is quoted individually, based on the service, distance, timing and itinerary. Some services have starting prices: weddings and prom or homecoming start at $399, concerts, game days and date nights at $150, and Blossom Music Center at $299. Starting prices apply to qualifying itineraries, and you will get a personal quote before anything is booked.
What vehicles do you use?
Our own vehicles are a Cadillac XT6 and a Ford Expedition, each seating up to six. Together they carry up to 12. For groups who prefer to travel together, we can arrange larger vehicle options, including luxury Sprinters, passenger vans, limousines and shuttles, subject to availability.
What areas do you serve?
Cleveland first, then Canton and North Canton, then Akron and the surrounding communities, with long-distance trips across Ohio and to Detroit, Pittsburgh and Columbus airports by request.
